The seal broke after the first use.
Bought this jack in April. I didn't need it until yesterday (September). It broke on first use. Hydraulic fluid has escaped at the top. It's a 20 ton (40,000 lb) jack and I've lifted about 6,000 lbs. I need a replacement or refund and I don't know how to go about it as I bought it over 90 days ago. ****Update**** I contacted the company directly and they were happy to help. They shipped a new plug the same day! Excellent customer service! I haven't used the new socket yet, but I hope it will be better than the first one.
