This product works really well for my cat mixed with her wet food! His coughing up hairballs had stopped. I would highly recommend this product although it took me some trial and error to figure out the best way to give it to my cat. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The instructions state that your cat will eat the product directly. My cat didn't like the taste and/or texture of the tuna. I put a small amount of product on his nose and paw to introduce the taste. I've tried this multiple times on different days with no success. He immediately wiped it from his nose and paw, trying not to lick or taste it. I managed to mix in a small amount of his wet food. Gradually add up to a teaspoon at a time. He will eat wet food with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of the product a few times a week (the amount and frequency recommended in the instructions after the initial dose for the first few days). I'm so glad he's not coughing up hairballs anymore!
