Cheaper but inferior version of Vetoquinol, MIUSA

This is an inferior version of Laxatone made by Vetoquinol who also owns the TOMLYN brand. cheaper than Vetoquinol. My two main concerns are the taste and viscosity of TOMLYN. I first used Tuna Vetoquinol and then switched to TOMLYN and my cat has become more picky about food even when mixed with food. The viscosity of TOMLYN is also slightly higher than that of Vetoquinol. I found the gel more difficult to remove and noticed that it sticks to the bottle making it difficult to continue using…

The cat loves it! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

My long-haired cat coughs up huge hairballs despite a high-fiber diet. His diet is now 1/2 quality canned food which has helped a bit. But he hates being groomed and I swear I loosen more fur than I remove! Tomlyn's Hairball Gel seems to save me the hassle of frantically shoving him out of bed at 4-5am just as the horrific slump begins. Be careful with the amount you give your cat! It's mostly made up of sugar to mask the taste of the medicine and petroleum jelly, which is a fat. After feeding…

No more hairballs! Works great on my cat!

This product works really well for my cat mixed with her wet food! His coughing up hairballs had stopped. I would highly recommend this product although it took me some trial and error to figure out the best way to give it to my cat. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The instructions state that your cat will eat the product directly. My cat didn't like the taste and/or texture of the tuna. I put a small amount of product on his nose and paw to introduce the taste. I've tried this multiple

It helped my cat a lot!

My cat is incredibly picky and I tried another laxative/hairball control product at the pet store which he didn't touch. The other product was too thick for him, but Tomlyn Laxatone has the perfect texture. It's sticky, not hard, and he licks it off the back of a spoon. Tolstoy was simply thrown on the floor in one piece and he stopped trying to lick it. He used to have severe constipation, which tells us that a visit to the vet costs $200 for a cat enema. ! Laxathon has helped us save money…

Let the poo flow freely

My dear cat, Alfonso Fonzarelli Pantalones, often suffers from megacolon, which sounds like an exciting name for a villain from a 1990's children's television series, but it's actually a painful condition , which causes constipation to get worse. I've tried every treatment for this horrible condition, from prescription foods to stool softeners, to no avail. Even when I involuntarily shoved these vet-prescribed medications down my beloved cat's throat, the symptoms didn't go away β€” as resistant…
