If you happen to live in a galaxy where the power never goes out, then this product is for you! If you're one of the less fortunate people who struggle with the occasional power outage, stay away from the Wemo Mini Smart Plug. If the power goes out, you'll have to reset and reinstall before you can remotely turn on or off the propellers of your favorite devices. This really annoyed me when I took my last two week trip to the ski slopes near Pyongyang. Here in South Carolina, there was a power outage when a branch fell on a power line, and the installers quickly restored power as usual. Unfortunately, my house remained unlit and it was obvious to the neighbor's thieves that my house was empty. They spotted a pattern, broke in, and took everything but the Wemo Mini Smart Plug! I think you were smarter than me when I bought this useless product. I'd use it as a paperweight in the office, but I'd probably be endlessly ridiculed for falling in love with the Wemo Gotcha item.
