This product is NOT durable. The boxes were slightly damaged when they arrived, but not so much that it looked like the shelves were damaged. The fault lay in the most important part of the rack - the retractable strap. 2 of them arrived broken. This company should do quality control. I ordered this product at the last minute. Big mistake. He came the day before my event. If you need something like this, order it as soon as possible so you have enough time to inspect the product, contact Revain or the company, and get a replacement. The price is tempting, but if you want it to last, invest and buy something else. This product was such a disappointment.
