US Weight Retractable Stanchion Review

This product is NOT durable. The boxes were slightly damaged when they arrived, but not so much that it looked like the shelves were damaged. The fault lay in the most important part of the rack - the retractable strap. 2 of them arrived broken. This company should do quality control. I ordered this product at the last minute. Big mistake. This is one of the highest quality shelves in terms of value for money. They've recently increased in price to $112 each. If you need a dozen or more I would buy a pack of 48 as they have a HUGE volume discount (48 pairs is cheaper than 7 pairs (14)). Purchased these for my business to enforce 6ft of social distancing from our reception. The construction is pretty solid, easy to assemble, well packaged and delivered. The column material is plastic. In this case, the columns will sag a little when stretched. Although the description says 6.5ft, actually anything over 6ft will cause the base to tip over, so perhaps a heavier base weight might help (haven't figured it out yet).
