Review on US Weight Retractable Stanchion by David Butterfield

Purchased these for my business to enforce 6ft of social distancing from our reception. The construction is pretty solid, easy to assemble, well packaged and delivered. The column material is plastic. In this case, the columns will sag a little when stretched. Although the description says 6.5ft, actually anything over 6ft will cause the base to tip over, so perhaps a heavier base weight might help (haven't figured it out yet). Otherwise I put on my seat belt in the morning and unbuckle it when I close for the day which seems to give the pillars a break and they tend to straighten up again. Had the base been about 2-5 pounds heavier and the pillars a little stronger it would have gotten 5 stars. Otherwise I'm happy with what I paid for. I bought two sets to create an L shaped barrier between me and my clients and it works great in that regard!
