Review on 🔘 Dorman 800-995 Aluminum Line Block Off, 5/8 inch by Doug Small

They work very well. I have used this and a similar model which is a splice connector several times to repair air conditioning lines. I ran into a problem with this project because the place I was supposed to cut the line didn't have enough straight tubing for this guy to fully tighten and sit on, so it leaked after installation. It's not the product's fault, it just didn't fit where I wanted to place it in this app. The line needs to be fully inserted into the silver nut at the end, so keep that in mind. Finally I bent the lead and soldered the end to the one I was working on.
