Review on 🍫 ECOCONUT Chocolate Heart Mold Set: 6.8 inch Diamond Shaped Silicone Cake Mold Trays with Number Letter Molds and Wooden Hammers - Home Kitchen DIY Baking Tools (White) by Catherine Foht

Not for the serious pastry chef and too heavy for the beginner

This set came in a ziplock plastic bag with the parts you see in the attached photos (dessert spoon and salad fork for size comparison). There were no instructions, suggestions, or anything to help a newbie use it. Making chocolate is not an easy task. You need to know what type of chocolate you are using, how to melt, temper, cool, etc. There are pouring methods to fill the mold without air bubbles and methods of how and when to remove the chocolate. moldings. This set says nothing about that. You'll find instructions if you search the web, and here's what you'll find with this kit: β€’ The letter, number, and wing mold cavities are too small and fragile for the average user. β€’ If you can successfully pour the chocolate and get a piece that is formed without air bubbles or gaps and has the right firmness, then the size and shape make it difficult to pop out of the mold without breaking β€’ Smaller heart shapes are yours task best chance of getting something close. , which you're probably expecting, the large shape will be about as complex as the smaller letters/numbers. β€’ I don't understand the purpose of hammers. If you're trying to make a big stuffed heart that you open, you're going to have to use very hard chocolate. These hammers are so light I don't think they could crack anything. A metal spoon will do, although they're not as "pretty" as hammers. Children use plasticine Not recommended for intended use Rating for: ECOCONUT chocolate heart shape set
