I'm glad I got this because my original one broke and I could use it to open the door. for exactly 1 day. is the latch on the door hinge holder broken if i explain clearly? and the door hinge fell uselessly into the panel. but I was able to attach the bar with the metal clip I already had. So with the clamp attached I used this pen for about two weeks, maybe three. I went ahead and ordered another one, expecting it to fail at some point in the future. What I see is that you can only order the plastic clips in the kit, which I will do. Overall I'm still happy with the product at this price point, can't complain about much. Now my door opens and they are so cheap I ordered a replacement.
