I love this stuff! I originally purchased UCAN from Lifetime Fitness after a personal friend told me how great it was. Interestingly, UCAN SuperStarch is only around $52 at Lifetime (a gym notorious for being absurdly overpriced), while it's $10 more here at Amazon at $62. I don't quite understand why that is, especially since Revain is generally cheaper than retail prices. I've been using UCAN Superstarch for about 6 months now and take it about 15-30 minutes before my workout. I have a fast metabolism and it affects me very quickly.
