Review on πŸ₯€ UCAN Keto Energy Powder - Sugar Free Pre Workout Powder for Men & Women with SuperStarch - Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free - Cran-Raz Flavor - 30 Servings by Tania Swenson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Powerful, chemical-free, caffeine-free pre-workout

I love this stuff! I originally purchased UCAN from Lifetime Fitness after a personal friend told me how great it was. Interestingly, UCAN SuperStarch is only around $52 at Lifetime (a gym notorious for being absurdly overpriced), while it's $10 more here at Amazon at $62. I don't quite understand why that is, especially since Revain is generally cheaper than retail prices. I've been using UCAN Superstarch for about 6 months now and take it about 15-30 minutes before my workout. I have a fast metabolism and it affects me very quickly. Sometimes it upsets my stomach a bit, but I also have an incredibly sensitive stomach and do abdominal exercises that can irritate it, so it might just be me. These indigestion usually clears up in about 15 minutes and I just deal with it by exercising. UCAN I realized that I really just need some sugar! This thing gives me so much energy but not as irresistible and artificial as you can feel after a cup of strong coffee. UCAN is less of a high and more of a very natural and gradual boost of energy that makes it much easier to get more reps in any given workout. both activities. My yoga can last up to an hour and a half and this product really helps me see it through to the end so I can stay in tip top shape the whole time (instead of just trying to stay in shape). some semblance of a pose due to exhaustion towards the end). I typically feel an increased energy level for about 2-3 hours and I never took more than 1 scoop at a time.
