Review on Viotek GNV24CB 24 Inch Monitor 1920X1080P FreeSync 1920_X_1080, 144Hz, Curved_Screen by Tim Hoskins

This monitor was great from the start. My son saved his own money to make this purchase. The problem is that two months later the screen is completely pixelated up to the middle of the screen! We sent it to Viotek for what they called "Warranty Coverage". You have had the monitor for almost a month and it is not known how long it will take to ship it back to us. And so they emailed me today and said it would cost $219 if we wanted to fix it (the original price was $199). How is this coverage? I will NEVER buy from this company again. They don't bother selling defective products to their customers. Like I said, great out of the box, but you run the risk of being VERY short. Lesson learned - don't trust Viotek. I would give it zero stars for the overall quality and poor customer service, but 1 star is for the original quality of the monitor. UPDATE: After contacting Viotek customer service, I found out that my monitor's box was sent back to them, it was damaged in transit by the carrier! They had pictures and everything, but no one told me they just sent me an invoice for "cracked screen repair". A month later, I finally got a new monitor for free (the operator broke the screen, so it was impossible to fix it). I won't be updating my stars until I can see how this monitor performs and if it lasts longer than the original one (which was 2 months).
