Review on GPX PC807B Personal Portable MP3/CD Player: Anti-Skip Protection + Stereo Earbuds, Black/Gray by Quvarious Morrow

I used to buy this as a birthday gift in March. This lady doesn't have a CD player in her car and loves to listen to audio books and I thought this would be a good present for her. She recently told me that she tried several audiobooks in the player and NONE of them worked. She sent the portable player back to me along with the original packaging to see if I could return it. The CD spins, but there is no sound even at maximum volume. At least one reviewer said they played audiobooks in their portable player, so I thought this would make a great gift. This was very disappointing for both the recipient and for me as the recipient.
