When they did finally get back to me, their comments were abrupt and unrepentant. This happened after it took them days to get back to me. In a nutshell, purchasing on the web store provided by Nicgid was an absolute waste of time. The customer service was weak, and the apparel, shoes, and travel accessories were all of a poorer quality than expected. It is highly recommended that you look elsewhere for all of your shopping requirements.
