Used with the Humminbird Helix 5 portable fish finder/GPS model on a charter boat in Alaska. It helps to find salmon. Be sure to read the fine print that says this should not be fitted to a higher trolling speed boat and you don't have to buy another like I did. It stays attached under 7-8 mph if you don it properly. Be sure to extend the wire enough to tie the transducer cable in a knot on top of the boat. If you forget to unplug the power cord and accelerate the boat, at least the sensor and suction cup stay attached to the boat.
