Plank Walking in Medical Items and Equipment

I injured my front foot and had a lot of swelling and bruising in the upper third. I pulled out my old surgical boot which worked great except the height was too high and limited my ankle's range of motion. But back to the trunk. These shoes are so incredibly stiff and uncomfortable that I'd rather put up with sedentary life than lack of comfort while the swelling goes down. This device can be great if you have a bandage or are trying to protect your toes from impact (the insole is quite wide), but for me the hard surface became an immediate obstacle. I also feel that the incline was a bit more. Walking on it was just weird (I ended up bumping into the front of the shoe, as you can imagine, so I'm not entirely sure about the design).

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Almost never
