I normally wear an 8W and I purchased the 8-1/2 size and they fit perfectly.I especially like that they are lightweight and great for beach or pool because they dry quickly. I cannot wear flip-flops due to nerve damage in my foot, so these are a godsend.The Velcro straps are adjustable in three places — on the toe, across the foot, and on the heel.
