Received a dirty leash

Received the goods, opened and pulled out a dirty leash. It appears to be new as it still has the tags but it looked used. The leash itself was exactly what we were looking for. Pink with polka dots. The clip itself is a bit heavy, so not suitable for small dogs. Was actually hoping it would be a little easier than it is. But I have to run it through the washing machine before I can use it. Very disappointing.
