My husband said that "No one wears a wetsuit in Florida," and I'm sure that's true. However, the FL in January was 60F meaning the water temp is around 40F+. And I didn't want to be the reason we couldn't do watersports, so I came prepared. It was a great purchase! We were able to do the following and no one complained about the cold water: boat, snorkel, airboat, swim in the springs. I was complimented by the people who signed us up for the speedboat rental; Apparently many canceled this weekend because it was too cold. Not me. I was wearing my Goldfin wetsuit :)
