Review on GIGIZAZA by Marley Woods
After hearing great things about GIGIZAZA and their excellent home decor products and customer service, I decided to place an order with them, but I was really disappointed with the selection and the service I received.
To begin with, there was a dearth of things to choose from. Even though they sell a variety of home decor, none of it is especially striking or original. I looked through page after page of boring products, expecting to find something interesting, but came up empty. When I did decide to buy from them, I had a bad experience with their customer service department. I had a problem with my order and called customer service for help, but the lady I spoke with was nasty and unhelpful, and she appeared more concerned with getting me off the phone than fixing the problem. If you're in the market for high-quality home decor and attentive service, I wouldn't suggest shopping at GIGIZAZA. They have a small selection and a customer support crew that is rude and incompetent. Do not waste your time here; go somewhere else.
