This dress looked chic, but it wasn't. This is a very casual stretchy casual maxi dress. It was right. It looks and is a high waist dress. Since my figure is small but with a high waist, it was good. The top was nice, a little blouse at the bottom but perfect on the shoulders. The elastic waistband sits comfortably, not too tight or pulled too tight. The length goes down to my legs but doesn't hang down to the floor. Dry light fabric.
