I still look forward to using it

I still look forward to using my microscope. Objectives do not fit in eyepiece tubes and do not fit. I have contacted the manufacturer. They sent new lensed eyepieces but these are the ones I already have. There is an issue with the size of the eyepiece tube (the thing that holds the eyepieces). I feel like I'll have to exchange it if they don't find out. Too much money to just sit and do nothing.
