Review on 🚗 Husky Liners 99661: Premium Weatherbeater Front & 2nd Seat Floor Mats for 2017-18 Subaru Impreza & 2018 Subaru Crosstek- Black by Delos Montano

This should have been a 5 star review. There are no complaints about the material they are made from. The front pads are great. The second row of floor inserts are out of specification. Additional material is collected on the center bar. I contacted Husky about this and they, along with the engineers, admitted that there was a fitment issue. I began corresponding with Husky in May 2019. Amber Cook assured me that the problem would be solved and I would have a replacement second row trim panel for my Subaru Crosstrek when the engineers finished customizing the new car. June 2020 and numerous correspondents with Amber and I still don't have the right flooring for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I think I was patient anyway. I expected better customer service. I have Husky liners in my Honda CRV with no problems. As I mentioned, it should have been 5 stars. I like. Liner Husky. But the ones for the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek are not up to standard.
