This filter was purchased after careful research of several brands. The product quality is higher. All parts are machined to tight tolerances. Installation was easy. The bike's response to the accelerator improved immediately. Choose this model because it has a separate frame assembly that holds the stock air cleaner cover in place. Most others use a filter element to hold the cap in place, which can cause the IMO filter to warp or warp. Can't pass this block. Finally, the cruising speeds feel smoother and less labor intensive. You may find that the stock air filter is restrictive after driving around with that filter for a while. I highly recommend this filter to anyone with a touring Harley.
