I am very pleased with this chair - overall it was easy to set up (less than 10 minutes), armrests are easily removable Lumbar support is adjustable and the seat pads are very wide, very thick and comfortable. The only downside is that at 5'4 when the seat is in the lowest position my feet don't fully touch the floor (just the balls of my feet) and I need a footrest if I'm not wearing heels. I use this chair for work at home with 2 lumbar arches and am very happy with it. I will campaign with my employer to order this chair for my office outside of the home.
