Disappointed with build quality. The coil is made of sheet metal and held together with aluminum rivets. The middle sections are attached to the sides with the same rivets. During the assembly phase, one of the center panels was not properly attached to the sides. The rivets were present but did not fit the holes in the adjacent center panel. I emailed Mor/Ryde customer service to explain the error. In response, they offered to send me two rivets to repair myself, stating that I need a rivet gun for self-repair. Not quite the support response I was expecting. At least they should have offered a replacement product. I ended up drilling out the old rivets and replacing them. Maybe it's just me, but when you're spending nearly $100 on a product, you expect it to be ready to go, and when it's not, the manufacturer should do their best to make it right.
