I'm always cold so look for baselayers that are both thin and warm. They meet the requirements and are also cute. They can be layered over another lightweight base layer due to the great pattern and worn as leggings or loungewear. You really need a second layer, whether you put that layer underneath or on top is up to you. I found the small size to be a little big but still within reach.
