Failed to load media. It's hard to find an affordable, dimmable, soft white LED bulb with 100W equivalent power. I was excited to find her. I had to keep looking. I've installed them in identical motion-activated outdoor lights that dim after a period of inactivity and then go to full brightness when motion is detected. At full brightness they are great. When they're weak, they shimmer like crazy. I was hoping it was just cold temps (built in February). But now, in the middle of spring, it still happens. (Too late to return.) For the record, I used to have a different brand of LED bulb in these lights that stopped working after a few years. Unfortunately they are no longer available. They worked great until they quit. So I don't think the problem is related to the mount. It's worse than what this video shows, but I hope you get the point. The flickering is really annoying.
