It was a lot cheaper than local stationery stores. Seems crazy for the prices they charge for similar products. It came flat packed, I think it was 4 short screws holding it together, I stood on the filing cabinet for a while and it was nice and flat and then I hung it on the wall and it was great there too. Then I quit my job lol so I took it off, folded it back and brought it home. So all of this is really easy to do. I am happy with the purchase and will use it in my new office! (It may be worth noting that you look closely at the photos. The shelves that hold the binders aren't deep - look out for the binder that holds your papers. You won't want to use this without the binder, unless You put cardboard in or something or your papers will either run out or fall out. It's great for a letter sorter and business envelopes. I've only used it with folders and it worked well and didn't feel as heavy and bulky as some sorters do for the same purpose.
