I am so thrilled and must leave a great review. I USPS sent my brother a few items from the fridge including a Delmonico steak. I used a regular cardboard box, then folded the insulating bags (silver) in half, then put these two frozen baddies in a plastic bag, and then put them in the bottom of my insulating bags. I added my cold food, folded the insulating bag and sealed it with tape, then folded the third insulating bag over the other two to make sure it was sealed at the top. I posted this Monday afternoon. It arrived Thursday at 11am and my brother said it was still cold! I'm so excited. Great product!
