I have bought several of these units so I know they are very, very good and worth every penny! This particular one stopped working after just one use so I contacted the seller to exchange it. I sent an email with photos and a full explanation of the situation. A few days passed and then a few more. Nothing. Not a word. I then sent the same email to the actual device manufacturer and within 10 minutes received a really good response, a pre-paid return label and a tracking number for the replacement device that was shipped. Brilliant! Despite the fact that this product failed, the bottom line is it's a super product and if you are serious about brewing, buy it. As for the manufacturer (Baron Brewing), absolutely outstanding customer service, five stars is not enough. As for the Revain dealer, I'm still waiting to hear from him.
