I bought a Core. Weeks passed and I received my credit card statement before the tent even shipped. I had to ask why it hadn't shipped yet and was told customs were holding it. So I went on the next hike with my old tent, which luckily I haven't thrown away yet. Finally a new tent. Went hiking, rain for several hours on the first evening, no wind. I went into the tent and found running water in the front vestibule and several puddles inside the tent. Croix wrote they wanted my photos of the leaks and then agreed to send me a replacement. Weeks passed again, no shipping, no communication. Said there was a delivery error and they would expedite it. So the package arrived 2 days before my next hike and it is the wrong product! So now they are the right product for me overnight. I go camping, it rains again for a few hours and again I find puddles in my tent and on my sleeping bags. It would be better if they return the money I asked for. This trouble lasted 2.5 months and now I have 10 days to look for a new tent before the 8 day hike. I'm not a happy tourist!
