Ideal for air frying sloppy dishes.
Bought these on a whim and found them great for reheating leftover pizza and frying food with lots of goo melting on the basket. They work great, are easy to clean and save a lot of time emptying the basket. They don't work as well if you want a really crispy surface like tots or fries as there isn't much airflow on the surface of the mat, but unless you're frying them with cheese they don't. Workaround mats for these apps.
