I use it weekly to make fresh almond milk. It works well. I put in about half water & half soaked almonds in a 1/4 sized cup. It gets jammed up if I put in much more than that. I use 2-3 cups of almonds at a time after soaking 24-48 hours. It's easy to clean.Update 4-6-17: The 2 pieces at the top of this auger that hold it into place broke while using to make almond milk. The pieces of the augur that broke off fell in & dented up the fine mesh filter basket. We contacted Hurom & they sent out a new augur & filter basket immediately. It was covered under the 2 year warranty. The motor is covered for 10 years we were told. Just used it & it works great! The person we spoke with was very friendly & they honored the warranty. Couldn't ask for anything better than that!
