Excellent teaching tool. I bought this for my new employees in my bakery department. I work as a bakery manager in a grocery store. I try very hard to train my assistants, but when I'm not around I have in the past given them a bag with a writing tip and parchment paper to practice with. This body will be able to teach you all sorts of things without my presence. They like it very much and like to try different things. I saw a big difference in their learning and how quickly they can get things done. I also learned many new ideas that I would never have thought of. I recommend this as a learning tool to anyone interested in cake decorating. We all know that sometimes we can't be there for everything but it helps and they are all excited about all the things that they can all do now. They especially like to make turtles and ladybugs.
