Very disappointed with this purchase. First, the white writing on the camouflage print is not photo manipulation. The camouflage side is covered in this weird jumble of writing over an army camouflage print. Looks like someone crushed their hand on the keyboard and decided they liked the way it looked and just typed on it. It can also be seen inside the hood, blue side out, so can't be worn anyway. I've ordered this vest in a different color for another soon and it has the same print so I know it's not a mistake. I ordered a size 8 for my eight year old son - common sense right? However, things made in China usually run small. But it's too big, almost to the knees. The zip goes all the way to the top of the hood so there is no collar. This can be annoying for children with sensory problems. I know I don't want the zipper prongs pressed against my neck. It also looks just plain spooky with a zipper like a face sleeping bag. To top it off, threads and hooks protrude straight from the pocket. They were needed for family photos this Sunday, I figured at such a price of almost $30 for a kid's vest it would be better quality. Now I have to drive almost an hour to the nearest clothing store and hope they have something that fits both sizes I need. Totally unsatisfied! Don't buy this.
