Large as standard. This is the cover for those looking for breathable and wrinkle-free protection against dust mites and most molds. Soft and also washable. It is water resistant but not waterproof. If your pillow doesn't have a removable and washable quilt cover and you're concerned about stains or leakage, you can put something underneath or double it. I bought other sizes directly from the company. I now have four pillows and one body pillow lol. When I bought a new mattress, I also saved on the cover and lining (and eventually a comforter). Well worth it for someone who had a sinus migraine as soon as I went to bed.
