I've been wearing these sandals for about a week so my experience is limited. But I can report that they have enough adjustments for you to properly fit them to your feet. Width and length are of course adjustable within certain limits. I ran them about 6 miles at a time and found a few friction points but they went away and loosened the fit. Initial wear has benefited from a bit of breaking in and they are very comfortable now. However, be aware that due to the design of their water shoes, the part that touches the soles of your feet is stiffer and more synthetic than sandals, which are not designed to be submerged in water. Sewing and building materials appear to be top-notch. I am glad I chose these sandals and I think they represent excellent value for money and am considering buying another pair to use when they wear out.
