Review on Optimized for SEO: Victorinox 7 Inch Swiss Classic Santoku Knife with Granton Blade by Leanne Young

Pros: This knife is sharp. He cut through raw potatoes like butter. The blade is really fantastic. Bad: wow. The grip is really terrible. It's cheap, ultra-lightweight plastic. Blades like these need some weight to get a good grip. I wish I had listened to other reviews warning about the lame grip. I will keep it though as the blade is very good. It's just not the knife I was hoping for. I've used this brand before and I've never seen them come with such terrible grips. I will think twice before ordering another knife from this brand due to a problem with the handle.
