I have a tip for filling these syringes if you’re using them for irrigation. Pull the plunger right out of the tube and fill it there, then replace the plunger. The tip is tiny and not much liquid will leak out before you get the plunger in. Drawing liquid up through the tip feels almost impossible to me. I bought this set of syringes for dental irrigation, primarily for my tonsils to help with stones. The only issue that I have with them is that the tip is a bit scratchy on delicate tonsil tissue and can cause bleeding. It has good pressure and concentrated spray for irrigating from a distance. I just use water in it and it flows easily but the plunger does take a bit of force to move since the tip is so small. Thicker liquids might be a bit tricky with these but I suppose one could cut the tip up a bit to make the hole slightly larger.
