Works great after setup.

Perfect for Champion 3500 (Honda clone) You really need a multimeter to complete the installation. First you need to set the meter to Hz and turn the governor screw on the motor to get about 60-61.5 Hz. Then switch to AC volts on the multimeter and turn the blue potentiometer on the AVR (the snippet in question) clockwise to increase the voltage to 120V. You will need a very small potentiometer screwdriver.
