Good thermal layer?
The material composition of these pants provides an insulating effect. So they're good for running on a windy day, maybe for surfing, but bad for jiu-jitsu. I realized how hot these pants were as soon as I put them on and after a few minutes switched to another brand of leggings I had on hand. I immediately noticed how much cooler my other leggings from a different brand are. I do not recommend them for martial arts.
