Not enough thread
This is the second Christmas tree apron I have completed. But with that I had to buy more black thread. I'm glad it was black as then it's easy to match the DMC thread to the Anchorage. I added almost a whole strand of black. The rest of the colors are almost gone. I don't make long back pieces and am very careful when it comes to using yarn. i am cheap Therefore, the size of the threads reserved for this pattern needs to be considered. The end product was really beautiful. Warning - LOTS of half stitches.
