Refrigerant is expensive, even expensive O-rings are relatively cheap.
Please note this kit includes o-rings which will fit some hoses and not others. Some o-rings will fit and some won't. For what it's worth, you're better off spending more money at your local HVAC dealer as ill-fitting o-rings will cost you more in refrigerant loss. Just my opinion.
