I use them to make cold lunch rolls for my kids so we don't spend a lot of time packing lunch in the morning or evening and these bags work great and reduce plastic waste. With three kids we can eat 20-25 sandwiches a week just at lunchtime and I was amazed at how these bags hold up in the freezer and how the sandwich thaws! I fold the corner down, then I fold the edges in and down to create an airtight seal and we haven't had a freezer burned sandwich yet, although they usually stay in the freezer for a little over a week as I have a few every week make additions.
