purchased a set of four chairs. I began to accumulate, and then the issues appeared! The details are a complete mess—some are added, but others are missing! Furthermore, pieces that are not readily available at a typical hardware shop are missing, not simply a bolt, nut, or washer! Those. I am unable to physically put together chairs, thus I currently have them apart. I wrote to the Amazon customer service team and sent a photo along with a detailed account of what transpired. Although they had sworn to assist, they were powerless. My claim was forwarded to the seller, who was supposed to get in touch with me, but again, nothing happened! Still, more than a week later! Sadly, I saw the reviews left by other customers after making my own purchase, and several of them shared the same experience! I don't recommend making purchases here because you can end up with a bunch of expensive and useless parts!
