Didn't work, no support

Didn't work with my system. I'm a techie and I've tried everything. If you're trying to call support, you'll need an order number. Then leave a message and never call back. If your system reads it, great. My Sony Vaio laptop with Win 7 did not work. Cannot change BIOS or Windows settings to fix the problem. It would be nice to return it but I can't contact the company. I took another brand, there were no problems.
