Scans great. The scanner could not decode the barcode information for the SC driver's license. After corresponding with support and providing them with copies of the licenses that could not be read, their programmers provided an update for the software. Now it works fine. Simple, relatively inexpensive, and outputs appropriate identification information to a data file. I then export the file to CSV and use Excel. Also saves JPG images of the scanned card.
