The customer support is excellent! They are always there to help me whenever I need it or have any questions about my account/hosting services they answer them all promptly with very little delay in response time (sometimes faster than you can finish typing your request).
Their billing system also makes life easier for customers like myself who often forget their credit card information when signing up online - just log into our control panel once we get home from work so everything syncs right away without having go through an extra step of logging back onto another site first before paying via PayPal etc.). There's nothing really bad at this point but if anything came out as negative then its how quickly someone will respond after making contact wth Customer Support; sometimes i feel no one has ever even looked over what im saying until now because people seem pretty disinterested by default unless asked directly something specific pertaining specifically towards why should give feedback rather not be ignored completely.
