Decent budget-friendly hosting option, great price

It's very cheap for what you get in terms of features. They also have a solid support team who is always responsive to questions or issues we may encounter with our sites hosted there. The interface could be improved by making it more user friendly especially if they want their users to use self managed versions like cPanel. Make sure your site has good load times before signing up - some are pretty slow! We needed shared web space where multiple people can work together without having to worry

Pros
  • Very affordable price, great server response time (for most purposes), reasonable uptime percentages across my own client accounts that utilize its services..and no downtime ever since i've been utilizing these platforms.:)
Cons
  • Not intuitive enough..but then again maybe thats because im used too seeing Bluehost/Hostgator type

Excellent Customer Service & Great Support

The customer service is very good and they have great support for their clients. They are also very responsive to our questions when we need help with something. We are using them as a managed web host for our website. They provide us with excellent customer service and technical support. Nothing! I haven't found anything that I dislike about this company. There isn't much that I can say negatively about them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a managed web host. We were looking for

Highly recommended hosting provider, great service and outstanding value

The customer support is excellent! They are always there to help me whenever I need it or have any questions about my account/hosting services they answer them all promptly with very little delay in response time (sometimes faster than you can finish typing your request). Their billing system also makes life easier for customers like myself who often forget their credit card information when signing up online - just log into our control panel once we get home from work so everything syncs…
